Dr. Hoffman joins Optum with an extensive background in Sports Medicine and has earned several distinguished awards and honors during his career, including the American Osteopathic Foundation Best Diabetes Practice in 2003 and Educator of the Year for Colorado Springs Osteopathic in 2001. When he’s not working, Dr. Hoffman enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing and spending time with his family.

5/12/2023 Dr. Hoffman takes the time to discuss issues I raise, checks that my medications are still useful to me, and monitors my progress with other doctors (oncologist, spine surgeon, etc.) that have been needed for my care.

He is always friendly, he listens attentively to your issues and provides suggested plans of action to deal with problems and he provides referrals when specialists are needed. We are very lucky to have him here in Woodland Park!
